As part of the process of making their various products our customer needed a control system to give precise control of temperature and pressure profile at various stages of the development of their product. 

The standardised control system was developed by Finesse to be fitted to various sizes of vats, with hot and cold water in the vat jacket being mixed in proportion with PID control to achieve the temperature profile as required. An operator interface was developed for the HMI giving recipe based selection of various profiles for different products. Having developed the concept Finesse manufactured panels for the roll out of this control onto the vats across the customer site.
