On 26th March 2025 we had the pleasure of welcoming fellow members of Scottish Engineering to our networking and best practice event – and what a brilliant session it turned out to be!
The room was full of energy, curiosity, and collaboration, with attendees from across the sector coming together to exchange ideas, challenges, and successes. From insightful discussions on current industry trends to the practical sharing of real-world experiences, the atmosphere was one of genuine openness and mutual support.
Our team had the opportunity to share some of our own journey—where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and where we’re heading. It was incredibly rewarding to engage with others who are equally committed to driving improvement, innovation, and people-focused practices in engineering and manufacturing.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Members appreciated the relaxed yet purposeful format, and many highlighted the value of being able to speak candidly with peers who understand the unique pressures and opportunities of our industry.
A huge thank you to Scottish Engineering for their continued support and to everyone who took the time to attend and contribute. Events like this are a powerful reminder of the strength we have when we come together as a community.
